We don't want to bore you with pages of T & C's, but we do ask that you read the following information beofre viewing or shopping on our website.

COPYRIGHT
All our original pictures and descriptions are copyrighted, which means you can't rip them off! Many of our labels have supplied us with pictures, descriptions, and company information, which you can't have either, unless you ask the labels themselves. If there is anything on our site you would like to use, please email info@frockyou.com.au and we'll forward you the appropriate information.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
We will refund items to you if they are faulty, incorrect (ie not what you ordered), or not what you expected. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition - this means unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and incidentals (eg spare buttons) still attached. We reserve the right to deny you a refund if we deem the item to not meet these standards. Denied refunds will simply be returned to the you. You are liable for any postage costs incurred when refunding/exchanging. Sorry! Your refund will be given to you by the same method you paid us.
Exchanges will be given if items meet the above standards. Please note that as our stock is seasonal and in high rotation, we might not always have the exact same item for you. In this case you will be given the option of a refund, a different item (any price difference must either be paid by you in terms of a more expensive item, or refunded by us if the new item is cheaper than the original purchase) or a credit note.
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they are faulty or incorrect.

DELIVERY
We mail within Australia using Aus Post Express. Items will arrive within 1-3 days of payment (outback WA & QLD may take a day or two longer). Your postage charge is calculated according to the weight of your total purchase. Please make sure your address details are up-to-date - we are not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses!
We can deliver items to a different recipient (eg for a gift), just make sure you specify their correct address in Checkout.
PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY PURCHASES TO YOU UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED PAYMENT!
PAYMENTS
You can pay via PayPal (credit cards and PayPal accounts). Bank deposits/tansfers, and Money Orders are also accepted. Please note the clearance times for payments below:
- PayPal - instant
- Bank transfer - 2-3 business days; over-the-counter deposits clear instantly
- Money Orders - we allow 7 days for you to send it to us, and your order is shipped the day we receive it.
SIZING
All our sizing is AU. We have provided measurements for most labels, sourced form the company themselves. We are not liable for any mistakes they might make! We ask that you check sizing, pictures and descriptions carefully before purchasing. We can provide you with further details and pictures if you would like them, just email info@frockyou.com.au.
INTERNATIONAL
International customers are more than welcome here at FrockYou. You can view your total purchase price in your ownm currency through or currency converter in Checkout. We ship internationally via insured Air Mail, which usually takes 7-10 business days (NZ is up to 5 business days). International payments are only accepted by PayPal. Please note that all our sizing is AU.
